Abstract

Method Koss treatment of intervertebral hernia of the lumbar and cervical spine, which consists in injectable absorbable therapy with drugs having enzymatic properties, and a further therapeutic combination of the effects of a constant magnetic field and pulsed optical radiation of low power in the visible and near infrared, characterized in that with a resorbable therapies relieve acute pain, for example, with 2 ml diprospan, after which the following mixture is administered 7-10 times twice a week: traumeel C - 10 ml, chymotrip in - 10 mg and lidase 64 PIECES, alternating 10 mg of homotrypsin with 64 UE of lidase, and the puncture of the epidural space is carried out slowly for 30-60 seconds at the level of the cicatricial process or a segment of the disk affected by a hernia with the achievement of infiltration of scar-changed epidural tissue at the level of epiduritis, using a thin needle with preliminary anesthesia of the skin and the fibrous film of the sacral opening, and the anesthetic solution is administered intermittently in 2-3 ml with an interval of 40-60 seconds.
