Abstract
1. Способ контроля колесных пар железнодорожного транспорта, включающий определение дефекта колеса путем анализа электрических сигналов датчиков, установленных на рельсе на протяжении, соответствующем длине развертки поверхности катания колеса, при этом, по крайней мере, один датчик, воспринимающий ударную нагрузку, размещен на рельсе, отличающийся тем, что посредством датчиков в электрический сигнал производят преобразование акустической волны, возникающей в результате взаимодействия колеса с рельсом, при этом анализ электрического сигнала проводят при наличии импульса с размещенного на рельсе датчика, а дефект определяют по длительности сигнала.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дефект определяют по длительности и частоте сигнала.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что рельс протяженностью, соответствующей длине развертки, выполняют из отдельных участков, длина каждого из которых меньше межцентрового расстояния между колесами тележки.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что датчики группируют по отдельным участкам рельса и судят о наличии дефекта колеса путем обобщения результатов анализа каждой группы датчиков.5.
