Abstract
Однокаскадный электрогидравлический усилитель с электрической обратной связью по расходу, содержащий: суммирующий операционный усилитель с двумя входами, на один из которых подается управляющий сигнал; электронный усилитель мощности, вход которого соединен с выходом суммирующего операционного усилителя; электромеханический преобразователь, управляющая обмотка которого соединена с выходом электронного усилителя мощности, а якорь кинематически связан с подвижным элементом гидрораспределителя; гидрораспределитель, кинематически связанный с подвижным элементом электрического датчика обратной связи, гидравлически соединенный с гидролиниями нагнетания и слива и имеющий две выходные гидролинии для соединения с потребителем; согласующую аппаратуру, вход которой соединен с сигнальной обмоткой электрического датчика обратной связи гидрораспределителя, отличающийся тем, что в принципиальную схему заявленного электрогидравлического усилителя включены: электрогидравлический датчик перепада давлений, гидравлически соединенный двумя гидролиниями с выходными гидролиниями гидрораспределителя; электронное вычислительное устройство, один вход которого соединен с выходом согласующей аппаратуры электрического датчика обратной связи гидрораспределителя, а другой вход соединен с электрическим выходом электрогидравлического датчика перепада давлений; выход электронного вычислительного устройства соединен со вторым входом суммирующего операционного усилителя.A single-stage electro-hydraulic amplifier with electric feedback on the flow, comprising: a summing operational amplifier with two inputs, one of which is supplied with a control signal; an electronic power amplifier, the input of which is connected to the output of the summing operational amplifier; an electromechanical converter, the control winding of which is connected to the output of an electronic power amplifier, and the armature is kinematically connected to a movable valve element; a directional valve kinematically connected to the movable element of the electric feedback sensor, hydraulically connected to the discharge and discharge hydraulic lines and having two output hydraulic lines for connecting to the consumer; matching equipment, the input of which is connected to the signal winding of the electrical valve feedback sensor, characterized in that the circuit diagram of the claimed electro-hydraulic amplifier includes: an electro-hydraulic differential pressure sensor, hydraulically connected by two hydraulic lines to the output hydraulic lines of the valve; an electronic computing device, one input of which is connected to the output of the matching equipment of the electrical valve of the hydraulic control valve feedback, and the other input is connected to the electrical output of the electro-hydraulic differential pressure sensor; the output of the electronic computing device is connected to the second input of the summing operational amplifier.
