Abstract

1. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) с каналами (2), имеющий по меньшей мере один нагревательный диск (3) с по меньшей мере одним первым (4) и по меньшей мере одним вторым (5) пакетами слоев из электропроводного материала, скрученными друг с другом и электрически изолированными друг от друга, при этом первый пакет (4) слоев образует первый путь (8) тока, предназначенный для пропускания электрического тока для первого нагревательного контура (10), а второй пакет (5) слоев образует второй путь (9) тока, предназначенный для пропускания электрического тока для второго нагревательного контура (11).2. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1, у которого толщина (12) слоев их первого пакета (4) и толщина (12) слоев их второго пакета (5) различны.3. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1 или 2, у которого толщина (12) слоев их первого пакета (4) составляет от 25 до 35 мкм, а толщина (12) слоев их второго пакета (5) составляет от 35 до 65 мкм.4. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1 или 2, у которого количество слоев первого их пакета (4) отлично от количества слоев их второго пакета (5).5. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1 или 2, у которого слои их первого пакета (4) и слои их второго пакета (5) имеют по меньшей мере разные структуры или покрытия.6. Способ нагрева сотового элемента (1) по одному из пп.1-5, заключающийся в том, что мощность первого нагревательного контура (10) нагревательного диска (3) устанавливают на величину в пределах от 300 до 500 Вт, а мощность второго нагревательного контура (11) нагревательного диска устанавливают на величину в пределах от 500 до 700 Вт.7. Claims (7)

1. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) с каналами (2), имеющий по меньшей мере один нагревательный диск (3) с по меньшей мере одним первым (4) и по меньшей мере одним вторым (5) пакетами слоев из электропроводного материала, скрученными друг с другом и электрически изолированными друг от друга, при этом первый пакет (4) слоев образует первый путь (8) тока, предназначенный для пропускания электрического тока для первого нагревательного контура (10), а второй пакет (5) слоев образует второй путь (9) тока, предназначенный для пропускания электрического тока для второго нагревательного контура (11).
2. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1, у которого толщина (12) слоев их первого пакета (4) и толщина (12) слоев их второго пакета (5) различны.
3. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1 или 2, у которого толщина (12) слоев их первого пакета (4) составляет от 25 до 35 мкм, а толщина (12) слоев их второго пакета (5) составляет от 35 до 65 мкм.
4. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1 или 2, у которого количество слоев первого их пакета (4) отлично от количества слоев их второго пакета (5).
5. Электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по п.1 или 2, у которого слои их первого пакета (4) и слои их второго пакета (5) имеют по меньшей мере разные структуры или покрытия.
6. Способ нагрева сотового элемента (1) по одному из пп.1-5, заключающийся в том, что мощность первого нагревательного контура (10) нагревательного диска (3) устанавливают на величину в пределах от 300 до 500 Вт, а мощность второго нагревательного контура (11) нагревательного диска устанавливают на величину в пределах от 500 до 700 Вт.
7. Автомобиль (13), имеющий по меньшей мере один электронагреваемый сотовый элемент (1) по одному из пп.1-5, предназначенный для осуществления способа по п.6.
