Abstract
1. Способ получения композитных мембран с УНМ-содержащим селективным слоем для проведения процесса мембранного разделения, включающий формирование селективного слоя УНМ на полимерной микропористой подложке с применением ультразвукового диспергатора и с последующей сушкой, отличающийся тем, что селективный слой толщиной 6-8 мкм из УНТ и растворителя в виде устойчивой коллоидной смеси формируют путем пропускания 0,005-0,1%-ного раствора этой смеси через подложку при заданном давлении до достижения заданной селективности.2. Способ получения композитных мембран с УНМ-содержащим селективным слоем для проведения процесса мембранного разделения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для приготовления раствора УНТ используют дистиллированную воду,3. Способ получения композитных мембран с УНМ-содержащим селективным слоем для проведения процесса мембранного разделения по пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что для приготовления раствора УНТ используют дистиллированную воду с добавлением ПАВ.4. Способ получения композитных мембран с УНМ-содержащим селективным слоем для проведения процесса мембранного разделения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для приготовления раствора УНТ используют органические растворители.1. The method of producing composite membranes with a CNM-containing selective layer for conducting the membrane separation process according to claim 1, characterized in that organic solvents are used to prepare the CNT solution.
