Abstract
1. Композиция пеногасителя, содержащая:от приблизительно 40 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя иот приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя,где композиция является устойчивой при температурах вплоть до приблизительно 450°F (232°C) и эффективной при концентрациях, не превышающих 500 млн, во всех вспененных текучих средах, используемых в скважинных применениях.2. Композиция по п.1, где композиция содержит:от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 25 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя иот приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 25 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.3. Композиция по п.1, где композиция содержит:от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 20 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя иот приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 20 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.4. Композиция по п.1, где композиция содержит:от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 70 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 25 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя иот приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 25 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.5. Композиция по п.1, где кремнийорганический пеногаситель содержит Antifoam B и активный кремнийорганический пеногаситель содержит Antifoam 1410, где композиция пеногасителя представляет собой молочно-бе�
Claims (20)
1. Композиция пеногасителя, содержащая:
от приблизительно 40 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя,
где композиция является устойчивой при температурах вплоть до приблизительно 450°F (232°C) и эффективной при концентрациях, не превышающих 500 млн-1, во всех вспененных текучих средах, используемых в скважинных применениях.
2. Композиция по п.1, где композиция содержит:
от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 25 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 25 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.
3. Композиция по п.1, где композиция содержит:
от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 20 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 20 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.
4. Композиция по п.1, где композиция содержит:
от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 70 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 25 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 25 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.
5. Композиция по п.1, где кремнийорганический пеногаситель содержит Antifoam B и активный кремнийорганический пеногаситель содержит Antifoam 1410, где композиция пеногасителя представляет собой молочно-белую жидкость, имеющую pH приблизительно 7,03 и плотность приблизительно 0,997.
6. Композиция по п.1, где эффективная концентрация не превышает 400 млн-1.
7. Композиция по п.1, где эффективная концентрация не превышает 300 млн-1.
8. Композиция по п.1, где эффективная концентрация не превышает 250 млн-1.
9. Композиция по п.1, где эффективная концентрация не превышает 200 млн-1.
10. Состав по п.1, в котором вспененные текучие среды включают вспененные буровые растворы, вспененные растворы для заканчивания скважины, вспененные жидкости для гидравлического разрыва, вспененные жидкости для воздействия на пласт, пенообразующие цементные растворы и/или другие вспененные текучие среды, используемые в скважинных операциях.
11. Способ, включающий:
добавление эффективного количества композиции пеногасителя к вспененной текучей среде, где его количество достаточно, чтобы привести к полному пеногашению вспененной текучей среды, где композиция пеногасителя содержит от приблизительно 40 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды (вместо нее можно использовать другие сорта воды), от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя, где композиция пеногасителя является устойчивой при температурах до приблизительно 450°F (232°C) и где композиция пеногасителя допускает повторение циклов пенообразования-пеногашения.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором композиция пеногасителя содержит:
от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 25 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 25 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором композиция пеногасителя содержит:
от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 80 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 20 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 20 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.
14. Способ по п.11, в котором композиция пеногасителя содержит:
от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 70 об.% дистиллированной воды и/или других сортов воды,
от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 25 об.% кремнийорганического пеногасителя и
от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 25 об.% активного кремнийорганического пеногасителя.
15. Способ по п.11, в котором кремнийорганический пеногаситель содержит Antifoam B и активный кремнийорганический пеногаситель содержит Antifoam 1410, в котором композиция пеногасителя представляет собой молочно-белую жидкость, имеющую pH приблизительно 7,03 и плотность приблизительно 0,997.
16. Способ по п.11, в котором эффективная концентрация не превышает 500 млн-1.
17. Способ по п.11, в котором эффективная концентрация не превышает 400 млн-1.
