Abstract
1. Способ защиты заглубленных зданий и сооружений от подпорного подтопления грунтовыми водами, заключающийся в том, что формируют под всем сооружением распределительно-фильтрационную песчаную подушку, отличающийся тем, что ее снабжают нагнетательно-промывочной системой, с помощью которой тело подушки очищают от глинистых частиц естественной кольматации промывкой грунтовой водой, имеющей суффозионную скорость фильтрации, которую создают нагнетанием сжатого воздуха под подошву подземной части сооружения.2. Устройство для защиты заглубленных зданий и сооружений от подпорного подтопления грунтовыми водами, содержащее нагнетательно-промывочную систему в виде колонн, установленных вертикально по всей площади подушки квадратной сеткой со стороной квадратов 1500…2000 мм, причем колонны установлены на всю глубину подушки с заглублением в материковый грунт на 100…150 мм и выполнены в нижней части цельными, высотой 250…300 мм с глухим днищем, а выше, до установившегося уровня грунтовых вод, имеют перфорированную поверхность, снабженную сетчатым фильтром, а верхняя часть колонны закрыта герметично фланцевой крышкой с закрепленными в ней патрубком трубопровода сжатого воздуха и вводом в трубопровод канализации промывочной воды, при этом трубопровод сжатого воздуха и трубопровод канализации промывочной воды размещены в лотках над колоннами в их створе порядно.1.
