Abstract

1. The strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies lactis, deposited April 6, 2007 under the number 1-3741 in CNCM (Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes) .2. The lactobacillus delbrueckii strain containing the milk enzyme subspecies lactis according to claim 1, combined with one or more other strains (strain) of lactic acid bacteria. The strain containing the milk enzyme according to claim 2, characterized in that the indicated other strain (s) of lactic acid bacteria is selected (selected) from the strains belonging to the following species: Lactobacillus delbrueckii bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. 4. A fermented product containing bacteria of the strain CNCM 1-3741.5. The use of strain CNCM 1-3741 to obtain a product that causes a decrease in blood cholesterol, in particular, LDL cholesterol.
