Abstract
1. Способ очистки висмута от полония из расплава, отличающийся тем, что предварительно металлический висмут расплавляют с флюсом гидроокиси натрия, затем в расплав висмута вводят металлический натрий или висмут-натриевую лигатуру в эффективном для удаления полония количестве натрия, ведут процесс при температуре 340-360°С и перемешивании расплава, после чего очищенный от полония расплав отстаивают и щелочной плав удаляют.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что количество вводимого металлического натрия или натрия в висмут-натриевой лигатуре составляет 0,1-0,3 мас.%.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве висмут-натриевой лигатуры используют очищенный от полония висмут с остатком не прореагировавшего натрия.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что процесс ведут в течение 2-3 ч с отстаиванием расплава в течение не менее одного часа.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что очищенный от полония расплав висмута дополнительно обрабатывают смесью натриевой щелочи и нитрата натрия в массовом соотношении натриевой щелочи и нитрата натрия равном 3:1, соответственно, при этом берут избыток нитрата натрия 50-100 мас.% от стехиометрического количества, процесс ведут при 340-360°С при перемешивании с последующим отстаиванием и удалением щелочно-нитратного плава.1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the bismuth melt purified from polonium is additionally treated with a mixture of sodium alkali and sodium nitrate in a mass ratio of sodium alkali and sodium nitrate equal to 3: 1, respectively, while taking an excess of sodium nitrate 50-100 wt.% from a stoichiometric amount, the process is carried out at 340-360 ° C with stirring, followed by sedimentation and removal of alkaline-nitrate melt.
