Способ получения оксида пропилена из пероксида водорода и пропилена в растворителе - метаноле при температуре 20-70°С на гетерогенном титан-силикалитном катализаторе в двухстадийном синтезе с промежуточной отгонкой оксида пропилена, отличающийся тем, что процесс осуществляется в режиме пленочного течения жидкости до конверсии пероксида водорода 70-85% в первом реакторе смешения при температуре на выходе не выше 55°С, реакционная смесь из первого реактора после выделения из нее образовавшегося оксида пропилена поступает для завершения реакции во второй пленочный реактор, работающий в вытеснительном режиме при температуре на выходе из реактора не выше 70°С.
