Abstract

1. Состав, имитирующий внутрисуставную жидкость, содержащий 15%-й водный раствор среднемолекулярного поливинилпирролидона, при этом раствор содержит (0,5-1,5)·10-3 мас.% добавки с антимикробными свойствами на основе наночастиц кремния, модифицированных серебром, при размере наночастиц 10-40 нм и количестве серебра в добавке 0,8-1,1 мас.%. ! 2. Состав, имитирующий внутрисуставную жидкость по п.1, отличающийся тем, что состав дополнительно содержит 0,05-2,5% раствора натриевой соли гиалуроновой кислоты в деионизованной воде при весовом соотношении: раствор поливинилпирролидона:раствор натриевой соль гиалуроновой кислоты, как 1:(0,2-0,3). ! 3. Состав, имитирующий внутрисуставную жидкость по п.2, отличающийся тем, что используют полученную путем биологической ферментации натриевую соль гиалуроновой кислоты с молекулярной массой 0,5-1,8 МДа. ! 4. Состав, имитирующий внутрисуставную жидкость по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют 15%-й водный раствор поливинилпирролидона с молекулярной массой 35000±5000 Да. ! 5. Способ получения добавки для состава, заключающийся в получения наночастиц кремния размером 10-40 нм при лазерном пиролизе моносилана (SiH4), при этом поверхность наночастиц кремния модифицируют путем обработки их в 2-5%-м растворе нитрата серебра в деионизованной воде при весовом соотношении: раствор:наночастицы, как 1:0,02, с последующим центрифугированием раствора, многократной промывкой осадка в деионизованной воде с центрифугированием на каждом этапе промывки. ! 6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что многократную промывку осадка в деионизованной воде осуществляют при исходном удельном сопротивлении воды не ниже 10 МОм·см и до достижения е 1.
