Abstract
A method for monitoring the condition of a patient with encephalopathy, which consists in determining compensatory reactions before and after EHF exposures, analyzing and comparing the data obtained, characterized in that a 19-channel electroencephalogram is recorded using the electrodes installed on the patient's scalp using the 10-20 system with the determination of data in the frequency range 7.5-14 Hz for 3 minutes without presentation of afferent stimuli, and when analyzing the obtained data of electroencephalograms after determining the indicators of the average powers of the spectra M1 before EHF exposures and M2 after EHF exposures lasting up to 16 minutes out of 6-10 procedures, according to the dynamics the ratios of these power indicators M2/M1 establish the presence of compensatory reserves of the brain and the functional state of the patient, while in the presence of ratios M2/M1 equal to more than 1.2, a conclusion is made about the positive dynamics of the general functional state of the brain and the possibility of standard EHF therapy.
