Устройство для определения показателя эластичности артериальных сосудов, содержащее инфракрасный диод, фотоприемник, преобразователь ток-напряжение, усилитель напряжения, фильтр верхних частот, аналого-цифровой преобразователь, микроконтроллер, отличающееся тем, что в устройство дополнительно введены: электроды ЭКГ, усилитель ЭКГ сигнала, селектор R зубца, два Фурье процессора, блок вычитания, причем электроды ЭКГ подключены к входам усилителя ЭКГ сигнала, выход усилителя ЭКГ сигнала подключен к входу селектора R зубца, выход селектора R зубца подключен ко второму входу аналого-цифрового преобразователя, при этом выход фильтра верхних частот подключен к первому входу аналого-цифрового преобразователя, выход аналого-цифрового преобразователя подключен к входу микроконтроллера, первый выход микроконтроллера подключен к входу первого Фурье процессора, второй выход микроконтроллера подключен к входу второго Фурье процессора, выход первого Фурье процессора подключен к первому входу блока вычитания, выход второго Фурье процессора подключен ко второму входу блока вычитания.
