Abstract
1. Универсальная автоматизированная полиэтапная система формирования и оценки профессиональных медицинских умений и навыков с использованием передовых симуляционных технологий, включающая помещение, имитирующее операционную, робот-симулятор, отличающаяся тем, что для формирования навыков выполнения медицинских манипуляций в указанном помещении дополнительно размещены последовательно соединенные технические средства: телевизионная станция высокого разрешения, программный блок, мультиплексор, блок памяти, первый шифратор/дешифратор, первая приемопередающая станция, имеющая проводной вход/выход и беспроводной вход/выход; отдельный экран, представлением информации, управляемый по командам, поступающим от указанного мультиплексора, причем дополнительно мультиплексор присоединен к электронной системе управления локального симуляционного центра, а указанные входы/выходы первой приемопередающей станции присоединены к внешней телемедицинской системе, включающей последовательно соединенные второй приемопередатчик, второй шифратор/дешифратор и рабочее место правообладателя. ! 2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что для подачи команд включения имитаторов экстремальных состояний между мультиплексором и рабочим местом инструктора включен пульт экстремальных состояний, который по шине управления присоединен непосредственно к первому шифратору/дешифратору. ! 3.
