Устройство для контроля безопасности железнодорожной транспортировки, содержащее датчики о состоянии железнодорожного пути с блоками формирования информационного сигнала, отличающееся тем, что в него дополнительно введены датчик вырабатывающий электроэнергию, выполненный с пьезоэлементом, например, керамическим, накопитель энергии (аккумулятор), анализатор частотного спектра шума от идущего состава, блок формирования информационного сигнала и излучающая антенна, при этом они электрически соединены, а датчик, вырабатывающий электроэнергию, расположен или под шпалами, или в шпалах, установленных под концевыми участками рельс с возможностью воздействия шпалы или рельса на пьезоэлемент при прохождении над ним колесной пары вагона, а также приемник сигнала, расположенный на локомотиве или на объекте рельсового пути, например, на промежуточной опоре пути и снабженный указателем тревоги, с возможностью передачи информации о неисправности диспетчеру.
