Abstract

Способ повышения качества жизни и лечения пациентов с хроническим панкреатитом, включающий комплексную терапию, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно назначают антидепрессант азафен при клинически выраженных аффективных расстройствах в дозе 75 мг в сутки, при субклинически выраженных аффективных расстройствах в дозе 50 мг в сутки в течение 30 дней; с учетом индивидуальных особенностей состояния вегетативного баланса осуществляют последовательное проведение магнитолазеропунктуры длиной волны 1,3 мкм в модулированном режиме частотой 2,4 Гц магнитоакупунктурной насадкой 50 мТл по 10-30 с на одну биологически активную точку, причем при симпатикотонии осуществляют последовательно седатирование точки GI 4 и тонизацию точек Е 25, Е 36, МС 6; при ваготонии последовательно тонизируют точку GI 4 и седатируют точки Е 25, Е 36, МС 6 и транскутанное магнитолазерное воздействие длиной волны 0,89 мкм, магнитной насадкой 150 мТл по 2 мин на область солнечного сплетения, на проекцию поджелудочной железы, на проекцию желчного пузыря, причем при выраженном болевом синдроме начинают с частоты 820 Гц с понижением до 80 Гц; при слабом болевом синдроме начинают с частоты 360 Гц с понижением до 80 Гц; при отсутствии болевого синдрома всю процедуру осуществляют на частоте 80 Гц.
