A method for treating decompensations in the patients with dissocial personality disorder with aggressive behavior comprises the use of the psychotropic drug Risset and transcerebral galvanization. Oral Risset dose is increased over a week to the moderate level (with daily increment of 1.0 mg up to 5.0 mg). 1.5 hours following morning oral dose of Risset, transcerebral galvanization is provided with the constant increase of the current from 2 to 5 mA, the current density from 0.04 to 0.08 mA/cm, the duration of the session from 20 to 30 min with 14 daily sessions per treatment course.
