Abstract

Известны физиотерапевтические способы лечения данной патологии без хирургического вмешательства, включающие воздействие переменного магнитного поля на область проекции ПЖ с определенной частотой и индукцией [3], воздействием низко интенсивным излучением оптического или крайне высокочастотного (КВЧ) диапазона длин волн непосредственно на очаг поражения и (или) на биологически активные точки и зоны (БАТ и БАЗ) как в режиме монотерапии, так и в сочетании с лекарственными веществами и иглорефлексотерапией (ИРТ) [4,5]. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в способе лечения хронического панкреатита, включающем воздействие излучения крайне высокой частоты, для повышения устойчивости терапии и пролонгирования ремиссии, одновременно воздействуют на двухуровневую энергетическую систему человека, при этом на центральную ее часть (чакра Манипура) воздействуют КВЧ излучением с частотой 42,2 ГГц в течение 30 мин ежедневно при 10 сеансах на курс, на периферическую ее часть (точки тепла и ветра ПЖ - RP2, RPI) воздействуют иглами в том же временном режиме, а нормализация эмоциональной энергии осуществляется Су-Джок акупунктурой путем усиления энергии тревоги (точка влажности ПЖ), ослабления энергии страха (точка холода почки) и усиления энергии удовлетворения (точка тепла головного мозга) в течение 30 мин, начиная с пятого сеанса и до окончания курса лечения. Терапия по предлагаемому способу проводится воздействием электромагнитным излучением КВЧ на акру Манипура, для чего на поверхность тела больного устанавливают выносной аппликатор-облучатель КВЧ аппарата. Упомянутая чакра контролирует центральную энергию влажности организма и функцию поджелудочной железы. Длительность воздействия - 30 мин за сеанс. Объективно: больная пониженного питания, тургор кожи вялый, обращает на себя внимание серость кожных покровов лица и синюшность губ. Живот болезненный при пальпации в проекции поджелудочной железы, положительный симптом Шеффера (усиление болезненности при пальпации ПЖ в положении на правом боку, сидя и стоя). Язык обложен серым налетом. На диагностической энергограмме, проведенной до начала лечения, установлено снижение общего энергетического потенциала и резкое ослабление функции ПЖ (см. фиг. 1). На основании анамнеза и данных объективного исследования установлен диагноз: обострение хронического панкреатита, депрессия. Лечение проводилось двумя курсами по 10 сеансов каждый, продолжительность сеанса 30 мин. В течение первого курса иглотерапией улучшали функцию ПЖ, усиливая органную энергию тепла (RP2) и энергию ветра (RPI). Миллиметровая терапия проводилась по чакре Манипура. Одновременно Су-Джок акупунктурой улучшали функцию ПЖ и головного мозга путем нормализации эмоциональной энергии: усиление энергии тревоги (точка влажности ПЖ), ослабление энергии страха (точка холода почки) и усиление энергии удовлетворения (точка тепла головного мозга. Энергограмма больной после первого курса терапии значительно улучшилась: более чем в два раза усилился энергетический потенциал, на 63,7% улучшилась функция ПЖ. Учитывая длительный период заболевания, больной предложено провести второй курс лечения после окончания первого курса. После проведения второго курса лечения заболевание полностью купировано и в течение года рецидива не отмечено. Предложенным способом проведено лечение 84 больных, страдающих хроническим панкреатитом как в фазе ремиссии (24 человек), так и в фазе обострения (60 человек) в возрасте от 24 до 54 лет (56 женщин, 28 мужчин). Из них 6 больных перенесли операцию от 3 до 5 лет назад по поводу холецистоэктомии. Общее состояние больных - средней тяжести. Наблюдались выраженный болевой синдром в верхнем этаже брюшной полости, тошнота, иногда рвота, бледность кожи, снижение массы тела, повышение температуры до 37,2^oC, тахикардия. Сравнительная оценка лечения ХП в контрольной группе N 1 - 80 больных и предложенным способом в группе N 2 - 84 больных. В первой группе пять больных перенесли операцию холецистоэктомию, а во второй группе - четыре. Как видно из приведенных данных, группы больных по возрасту, полу, количества курсов проведенного лечения и перенесенным операциям вполне сопоставимы. Что касается результатов лечения, то они значительно выше во второй группе больных, нежели у больных первой группы, как по полному выздоровлению (85,7% против 55%), так и в полугодовой ремиссии (57% против 20%). Предложенный способ лечения хронического панкреатита повышает устойчивость терапевтического процесса, купирует болевой синдром, нормализует психоэмоциональный статус больного за счет стабилизации всасывательной и переваривающей способности эпителия толстой и тонкой кишки и воздействия на механизм секреции и регуляции неиромедиаторов. Claims
