Abstract
1. Способ паротермического оксидирования стальных изделий, включающий предварительный нагрев изделий в реторте печи до температуры 250-300°С, затем их нагрев в среде перегретого водяного пара до температуры 550-600°С, выдержку при данной температуре в течение времени, обеспечивающем получение пленки заданной толщины с последующим охлаждением изделий в данной среде до температуры 250-300°С, при котором осуществляют принудительное регулируемое охлаждение посредством охлаждающей среды, циркулирующей в трубопроводе, навитом с наружной стороны корпуса реторты. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве охлаждающей среды используют сжатый воздух или воду, или инертный газ. !3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что подачу перегретого водяного пара в реторту осуществляют посредством трубопровода, навитого с наружной стороны корпуса реторты. ! 4. Печь для паротермического оксидирования стальных изделий, включающая кожух с расположенным в нем муфелем с нагревателями, реторту, установленную в муфеле печи и снабженную крышкой с редукционным клапаном, отличающаяся тем, что содержит трубопровод с охлаждающей средой, снабженный регулирующим краном и трубопровод подачи перегретого пара в реторту, при этом трубопровод с охлаждающей средой и трубопровод подачи перегретого пара в реторту выполнены в виде змеевиков, навитых с наружной стороны корпуса реторты. ! 5.
