Abstract
1. Устройство для перекачивания газосодержащих суспензий, в частности волокнистых суспензий, включающее псевдоожижающий ротор (2) с одной или более лопастями (5), рабочее колесо насоса и напорный патрубок (7), причем псевдоожижающий ротор (2) размещен во всасывающем патрубке (6) насоса (1) и имеет ступицу (3), центр входного конца (4) псевдоожижающего ротора (2) выполнен полым, а лопасти (5) работают свободно, без взаимного усиления или взаимной связи, отличающееся тем, что отношение свободной длины (FI) псевдоожижающего ротора (2) к диаметру (Dr) псевдоожижающего ротора составляет от 0% до 75%. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что отношение свободной длины (FI) псевдоожижающего ротора (2) к диаметру (Dr) псевдоожижающего ротора составляет от 10% до 20%. ! 3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что псевдоожижающий ротор (2) выступает за всасывающий патрубок (6) насоса (1). ! 4. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что псевдоожижающий ротор (2) имеет широкие лопасти (5), обеспечивающие перекрытие более 40% сечения всасывающего патрубка, предпочтительно более 60%. ! 5. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что поверхности лопастей (5) на входном конце (4) расположены, по существу, перпендикулярно оси. ! 6.
