Способ получения вакцины против гриппа, включающий культивирование штаммов вируса гриппа на куриных эмбрионах, получение очищенного вирусного концентрата, инактивирование, расщепление вирусного концентрата с последующим выделением антигенов вируса гриппа, сведение в поливакцину, соединение с полимерным носителем, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полимерного носителя и адъюванта используют сополимер 2-метил-5-винилпиридин и N-винилпирролидона. ! 2. Вакцина против вируса гриппа, включающая очищенные антигены вируса гриппа с полимерным носителем, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве полимерного носителя и адъюванта является сополимер 2-метил-5-винилпиридин и N-винилпирролидона. ! 3. Вакцина против вируса гриппа по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что соотношение антиген-носитель составляет 1:5-30. 1.
