Abstract
1. Способ изготовления и установки невоспроизводимой идентификационной метки путем нанесения на нее идентификационного номера, информационной сетки и невоспроизводимой матрицы путем физического формирования невоспроизводимой поверхности и совместного внесения идентификационного номера в базу данных, отличающийся тем, что невоспроизводимую матрицу предварительно формируют отдельно от изделия на нанопленке путем стохастического поточечного испарения участков нанопленки или внесения в нее выступающих (отличных от общего состояния поверхности) особенностей, с последующей установкой нанопленки на изделие путем спекания под давлением.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нанесение пленки может осуществляться слоями поатомно на толщину до Х ангстрем, что позволяет, формировать множество различных меток, способных фиксировать исполнение технологических требований к изделию.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что нанопленки можно физически формировать путем напыления из различных материалов и сплавов.4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что нанопленки можно физически формировать путем напыления из различных материалов и сплавов импульсным лазерным осаждением, плазменным методом, испарением и конденсацией, а также первичной эмиссией и имплантацией электронов, атомов, ионов, фотонов, наночастиц, кластеров наночастиц и т.п.5.
