Abstract
Способ сушки табака в плотной массе, включающий стадии томления, фиксации цвета, сушки пластинки листа и досушки средней жилки, причем на стадии фиксации цвета температуру сушильного агента повышают на 1-2°С в ч, отличающийся тем, что сушку на всех стадиях осуществляют путем многократного чередования нагревания и отлежки табака, совмещенной с естественным охлаждением, с равными промежутками времени продолжительностью 30-60 мин, причем при нагревании до заданной температуры на стадиях томления и сушки темп прироста температуры сушильного агента составляет 0,5°С в ч, а на стадии досушки средней жилки - 1-2°С в ч, при этом постепенно равномерно снижают относительную влажность сушильного агента, а отлежку табака проводят при отключенном вентилировании.
