Способ получения временных водонерастворимых ионообменных покрытий на стандартных стальных МАЛДИ мишенях, а также на стальных, стеклянных, керамических или пластиковых вставках в МАЛДИ мишень, совместимых с выполнением последующего МАЛДИ анализа, заключающийся в том, что поверхность МАЛДИ мишени покрывается водно-органическим раствором ионогенного полимера и нитроцеллюлозы и высушивается, после использования такие покрытия могут быть удалены водно-спиртовыми растворами. ! 2. Способ подготовки олигонуклеотидных проб для МАЛДИ МС анализа, сочетающий операции концентрирования образца и его обессоливания в одном шаге, выполняемом на стандартной МАЛДИ мишени или на вставках для нее, способ заключается в концентрировании биомолекул путем нанесения водных растворов, их содержащих, на подготовленные по п.1 поверхности, после нанесения такого рода смесей через несколько секунд супернатант удаляется и поверхность промывается водой или разбавленным водным аммонийным буфером. ! 3.
