Abstract

Способ наложения пищеводно-кишечного анастомоза, в котором приводящую и отводящую петли кишечника по брыжеечному краю сшивают между собой на протяжении 10 см непрерывным серозно-мышечным швом, заднее ребро пищевода подшивают к этим петлям, причем правую боковую стенку пищевода пришивают к отводящей петле, левую стенку - к приводящей, и с уровня верхнего края среза пищевода рассекают стенки приводящей и отводящей петель в дистальном направлении до уровня верхней горизонтальной части двенадцатиперстной кишки, а затем сшивают переднюю губу пищеводно-кишечного анастомоза, отличающийся тем, что перед сшиванием приводящей и отводящей петель кишечника в его верхней части формируют два колена на расстоянии 2-3 см друг от друга, сближают их узловым швом с получением Т-образного шва на брыжейке петли кишки, не накладывая межкишечный анастомоз, а переднюю и заднюю стенки пищеводно-кишечного анастомоза накладывают однорядным швом.
