Abstract
Nanocomposite thermoelectric, characterized in that it is formed by a combination of thermoelectric nanocrystals and doping fullerene molecules distributed among them, which take electrons from these nanocrystals and are quantum traps for electrons. ! 2. Nanocomposite thermoelectric according to claim 1, characterized in that the doping fullerene molecules are composed of C60 fullerene molecules. ! 3. A method of producing a nanocomposite thermoelectric with a concentration of charge carriers Knanocomposite, consisting of:! - a set of nanocrystals of a thermoelectric with a concentration of charge carriers ! - distributed among nanocrystals of thermoelectric alloying fullerene molecules,! consisting in the fact that the volume concentration of the doping fullerene molecules Klegir, which are added to the nanocomposite thermoelectric, is determined by the difference between the K nanocomposite and the K source, divided by the average number k of electrons taken from the nanocrystals, which are on average per doping molecule of fullerene, namely: Klegir = ( Knanocomposite-Original) / k.
