Abstract
1. Туннельное устройство, содержащее входной, выходной и N управляющих электродов, туннельные барьеры и межбарьерное пространство выполнены в виде упорядоченной структуры из нанообъектов, обеспечивающий одноэлектронное коррелированное туннелирование электронов в устройстве, причем каждый управляющий электрод расположен в области упорядоченной структуры из нанообъектов, отличающееся тем, что устройство выполнено в виде планарной структуры, упорядоченная структура состоит из нанообъектов, обладающих магнитными свойствами, а входной и выходной электроды имеют ферромагнитные свойства для спин-поляризации электронов. ! 2.
