Abstract
1. Способ, включающий прокладку греющего кабеля по обогреваемым изделиям и нанесение на обогреваемое изделие теплоизоляционного покрытия, отличающийся тем, что применительно к вентиляционным решеткам с жалюзями обечайку решетки крепят к корпусу судна в минимальном количестве точек, необходимых для прочности крепления, крепежные конструкции выполняют разъемными, прокладывают греющий кабель только на обечайку, ребра жесткости и крепление решетки к корпусу судна, наносят на эти детали поверх греющего кабеля теплоизоляционное покрытие, аккумулируя таким путем тепловую энергию в обечайке и ребрах жесткости, и передают ее на жалюзи, как от более нагретых тел. ! 2. Устройство для осуществления способа по п.1, содержащее обогреваемое изделие с уложенным на него греющим кабелем и нанесенным поверх греющего кабеля теплоизоляционным покрытием, отличающееся тем, что применительно к вентиляционной решетке с жалюзями ее обечайка выполнена по габариту эквидистантной относительно выреза в корпусе судна и закреплена в минимально необходимом для прочности крепления количестве точек одним из известных разборных устройств крепления, имеющих минимально необходимое поперечное сечение соединительных деталей, жалюзи имеют максимально возможный (по площади соприкосновения) контакт по металлу как с обечайкой, так и с ребрами жесткости, количество ребер жесткости принято с учетом достаточного прогревания жалюзей до их средней точки между деталями, прогреваемыми греющим кабелем, греющие кабели уложены по всей длине обечайки и ребер жесткости, а также вокруг деталей соединения обечайки с корпусом судна, а теплоизоляционн� 1.
