1. Комплексный органоминеральный модификатор бетона, состоящий из химической добавки и минерального компонента, отличающийся тем, что в качестве химической добавки используется высокоэффективный гиперпластификатор поликарбоксилатного типа (Melflux 2651F), а в качестве минерального компонента - природные материалы (молотый кварцевый песок, молотый известняк) и промышленные отходы (шлак металлургического комбината, золошлаковые отходы ТЭЦ), при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! Химическая добавка 5…15Минеральный компонент 85…95 ! 2. Способ приготовления комплексного органо-минерального модификатора бетона, включающий смешивание химической добавки и минерального компонента, отличающийся тем, что приготовление комплексного модификатора осуществляют следующими способами: ! - предадсорбционным сухим нанесением химической добавки на поверхность предварительно измельченного (до удельной поверхности 300-700 м2/кг) минерального компонента в процессе совместного сухого помола, при этом помол осуществляют в мельнице тонкого измельчения (в шаровой мельнице или мельнице другого типа) в течение 15-60 мин; ! - дискретным распределением химической добавки на поверхности измельченного (до удельной поверхности 300-700 м2/кг) минерального компонента в процессе совместного сухого перемешивания; перемешивание осуществляют в смесителе гравитационного или другого типа в течение 15-60 мин. 1.
