Abstract
1. Строительный материал (вариант 1), получаемый формованием однородной смеси из измельченного органического наполнителя в виде целлюлозосодержащих отходов растениеводства и деревообрабатывающей промышленности, воды, электролита, кальцийсодержащих материалов, с воздействием постоянным знакопеременным током и выдержкой изделия до конструкционной прочности, отличающийся тем, что в качестве целлюлозосодержащих отходов растениеводства используют одеревеневшие части растений, измельченные до частиц с длиной не более 30 мм и высушенные до влажности не более 10%, в качестве отходов деревообрабатывающей промышленности используют промышленную древесную стружку толщиной не более 1 мм, в качестве электролита используют жидкое стекло (Na2SiO3), которое используют в виде 1,5-1,75% водного раствора, в качестве кальцийсодержащих материалов используют обезвоженные и измельченные до фракции порошка: отходы цементного производства, кальцит, известняк - не более 15% общей массы кальцийсодержащих материалов, причем формуемая смесь дополнительно содержит замедлитель химической реакции гидратации кальция в виде пластификатора в количестве от 0,3 до 1% от массы кальцийсодержащих материалов при следующем соотношении компонентов формуемой смеси для получения 1 м3 строительного материала: ! целлюлозосодержащие отходы растениеводства и/или деревообрабатывающей промышленности 250-300 кГ водный раствор электролита 304,5-305,25 кГ кальцийсодержащие материалы 200-400 кГ замедлитель химической реакции гидратации кальция (пластификатор) 0,6-4,0 кГ ! 2.
