Abstract
A method for radiofrequency ablation of a focus of ectopic tachycardia in the parahysial region, which includes determining the positioning point of the ablation electrode using bipolar pacing from the distal pair of poles of the ablation electrode at the site of the intended ablation, characterized in that pacing is performed with a stimulating pulse amplitude ranging from 20 to 30 mA with registration surface electrocardiogram, and if the duration of the stimulated QRS complexes exceeds 120 ms, then ablation is performed at this point, and when stimulated QRS complexes appear with a duration of 120 ms or less, the ablation electrode is moved near the point of the proposed radiofrequency ablation until they disappear and ablation is performed.
