Claims (1)

A method for the prevention of atrial fibrillation after cardiac surgery, including stitching two electrodes to the myocardium of the right atrium after performing the main stage of the operation during the period of parallel cardiopulmonary bypass and performing bipolar electrostimulation through these electrodes with a frequency of 10 pulses per minute higher than the frequency of the spontaneous rhythm, characterized in that that during electrical stimulation, a continuous intravenous infusion of a solution of amiodarene (cordarone) is carried out at a speed of 5.2 m g / kg / min during the early postoperative period.
