Abstract
1. A method of restoring the viability of ischemic damaged donor organs, namely, that blood from the perfusion region is evacuated, cooled, oxygenated and returned to the vascular bed, characterized in that at least 25% of Custodiol preservation solution is added to the composition of the perfusate, not less than 20% perfluoran, not less than 1.5 million ME streptokinases, not less than 50,000 ME heparin, not less than 300 micrograms of prednisone, and after removal with this perfusion solution, hardware perfusion of isolated ischemic damaged organ donors is performed at. ! 2. The method of restoring the viability of ischemic damaged donor organs according to claim 1, characterized in that the activated leukocytes are removed from the extracorporeal perfusion circuit using a leukocyte filter. ! 3. The method of restoring the viability of ischemic damaged donor organs according to claim 1, characterized in that the temperature of the perfusate is reduced to a value from 5 ° C to 12 ° C for at least 2 hours
