Abstract
Способ получения армированной ячеистобетонной смеси, включающий раздельное приготовление пены из пенообразователя, воды, жидкого стекла, приготовление цементного раствора из воды, цемента, песка, полиамидного волокна в баросмесителе отличающийся тем, что приготовление пены и цементного раствора происходит одновременно, при этом водный раствор пенообразователя с жидким стеклом приготавливают в отдельной емкости в процессе поступления компонентов в следующей последовательности: жидкое стекло, пенообразователь, вода и подают в систему пеноаэрации, приготовленный 5% водный раствор пенообразователя и сжатый воздух проходит через систему пеноаэрации под давлением 5-6 атм и образует высокократную пену, которую с избыточным воздухом нагнетают в работающий баросмеситель по типу инжектора, после поступления необходимого объема пены, равномерно распределенной в цементно-песчаном растворе, в баросмесителе образуется давление 1,5-2 атм, затем в баросмесителе происходит резкий сброс давления, сжатый воздух, в виде пузырьков, разрывает полиамидное волокно на единичные нити и распределяет его равномерно по всей массе полученной смеси.
