Abstract
Способ диагностики сахарного диабета, включающий изучение анамнеза, проведение клинического обследования, определение уровня глюкозы крови и исследование сыворотки крови больного с помощью инфракрасного спектроанализа, отличающийся тем, что образец венозной сыворотки крови высушивают, измельчают, готовят суспензию в вазелиновом масле, выполняют ИК-спектроскопический анализ в области 1200-1000 см-1 и определяют высоты пиков полос поглощения с максимумами 1170; 1160; 1150; 1125; 1070 см-1, вычисляют значения коэффициентов X, Y и Z при повороте оси X на 30°, Y на -28°, Z на 72°, при этом значение X определяют как отношение значения высоты пика с максимумом при 1170 см-1 к значению высоты пика с максимумом при 1070 см-1; значение Y как отношение значения высоты пика с максимумом при 1170 см-1 к значению с максимумом при 1160 см-1; значение Z как отношение значения высоты пика с максимумом при 1150 см-1 к значению с максимумом при 1125 см-1, полученное трехмерное изображение проецируют на фронтальную плоскость для получения двухмерных координат в виде диагностических многоугольников, один из которых представляет «образ здоровья» с параметрами (х, у): 0,0972; -0,0111 // 1,0806; 0,3556 // 2,2028; 0,3722 // 1,8528; -0,1167 // 0,6028; -0,2000, другой представляет «образ сахарного диабета» с параметрами (х, у): 0,2194; 0,1000 // 0,4139; 0,1722 // 0,6250; 2,2000 // 0,2361; 2,6222 // 0,0250; 0,4722.
