Abstract
1. Способ предотвращения коррозии пароводяного тракта энергетической установки, включающий ввод аминосодержащего соединения в пароводяной тракт энергоустановки, отличающийся тем, что в качестве аминосодержащего соединения используют водную эмульсию смеси первичных пленкообразующих алифатических аминов С16-C18, причем эмульсия подается в каждый пароводяной тракт различных элементов установки. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что консервацию энергоустановки проводят холодным раствором. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что используют эмульсию сохраняющую свойство текучести и гомогенности при смешивании с водой при комнатной температуре. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после заполнения контура эмульсией осуществляют разогрев оборудования и последующую циркуляцию консервирующего раствора. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что перед остановом до 70% эмульсии подают преимущественно в испарительный контур низкого давления, а после останова (отключения энергоустановки) до 70% эмульсии подают преимущественно в испарительный контур высокого давления. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют водную эмульсию для заполнения оборудования при концентрациях, обеспечивающих формирование защитной пленки в течение времени достаточном, для ее создания. ! 7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что вводят водную эмульсию в перегретый пар, одновременно насыщают пар аминосодержащими соединениями и увеличивают влажность пара до требуемых параметров, преимущественно 1-10%. 1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that they use an aqueous emulsion to fill the equipment at concentrations that ensure the formation of a protective film for a sufficient time to create it. ! 7. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the aqueous emulsion is introduced into superheated steam, at the same time saturated with amine-containing compounds and increase the humidity of the steam to the required parameters, mainly 1-10%.
