Abstract

Способ холецистэктомии из мини-доступа, включающий разрез кожи, подкожной жировой клетчатки, передней стенки влагалища прямой мышцы, разделение самой прямой мышцы, рассечения задней стенки влагалища с брюшиной и их фиксацию, удаление желчного пузыря, отличающийся тем, что до операции под контролем УЗИ отмечают две точки на передней брюшной стенке: место проекции гепатикохоледоха или воротной вены на уровне гепатодуоденальной связки с одной стороны и дна желчного пузыря с другой стороны, выполняют поперечный разрез кожи с учетом отмеченных точек, подкожной жировой клетчатки, передней стенки влагалища прямой мышцы, выделяют медиальную часть прямой мышцы с отделением от задней стенки влагалища, пересекают ее с сохранением крупных сосудов и нервов, рассекают поперек заднюю стенку влагалища с брюшиной, к последним подшиваются простыни, выполняют контрапертуру через которую вводят инструмент.
