Хлорактивное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержание гидроксида щелочного металла составляет 5,0…10,0 вес %. !3. Хлорактивное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержит индикатор класса сульфофталеинов до 1 мл/л. ! 4. Способ, отличающийся тем, что используется триалкилариламмоний хлорид или четвертичные фосфониевые соли в качестве межфазного катализатора. 1.
