Abstract
1. Жгут из практически непрерывных волокон из оксидной керамики, причем каждое волокно из оксидной керамики имеет наружную поверхность и при этом по меньшей мере часть наружных поверхностей по меньшей мере некоторых волокон из оксидной керамики включает проклеивающий материал, причем проклеивающий материал содержит композицию, представленную формулой: ! R'O-(RO)n-H, ! где ! R' выбрано из СхН2х+1, причем х равно 1-8, или -Н; ! R выбрано из группы, состоящей из -(СуН2у)-, причем у равно 1-4, и -CH2-O-(СН2)m-, причем m=2-5; и ! n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 7000000 г/моль. ! 2. Жгут по п.1, в котором практически непрерывные волокна из оксидной керамики имеют кристаллическую структуру. ! 3. Жгут по п.1, в котором практически непрерывные волокна из оксидной керамики выбраны из группы, состоящей из кристаллических алюмоксидных волокон, кристаллических алюмосиликатных волокон, кристаллических алюмоборатных волокон, кристаллических алюмоборосиликатных волокон и их комбинаций. ! 4. Жгут по п.1, в котором n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 3000000 г/моль. ! 5. Жгут по п.1, в котором n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 400000 г/моль. ! 6. Способ получения жгута из практически непрерывных волокон из оксидной керамики по п.1, содержащий следующие этапы: ! обеспечивают жгут из практически непрерывных волокон из оксидной керамики, причем каждое волокно из оксидной керамики имеет наружную поверхность; ! покрывают по меньшей мере часть наружных поверхностей по меньшей мере некоторых из волокон из оксидной керамик
Claims (8)
1. Жгут из практически непрерывных волокон из оксидной керамики, причем каждое волокно из оксидной керамики имеет наружную поверхность и при этом по меньшей мере часть наружных поверхностей по меньшей мере некоторых волокон из оксидной керамики включает проклеивающий материал, причем проклеивающий материал содержит композицию, представленную формулой:
R'O-(RO)n-H,
где
R' выбрано из СхН2х+1, причем х равно 1-8, или -Н;
R выбрано из группы, состоящей из -(СуН2у)-, причем у равно 1-4, и -CH2-O-(СН2)m-, причем m=2-5; и
n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 7000000 г/моль.
2. Жгут по п.1, в котором практически непрерывные волокна из оксидной керамики имеют кристаллическую структуру.
3. Жгут по п.1, в котором практически непрерывные волокна из оксидной керамики выбраны из группы, состоящей из кристаллических алюмоксидных волокон, кристаллических алюмосиликатных волокон, кристаллических алюмоборатных волокон, кристаллических алюмоборосиликатных волокон и их комбинаций.
4. Жгут по п.1, в котором n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 3000000 г/моль.
5. Жгут по п.1, в котором n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 400000 г/моль.
6. Способ получения жгута из практически непрерывных волокон из оксидной керамики по п.1, содержащий следующие этапы:
обеспечивают жгут из практически непрерывных волокон из оксидной керамики, причем каждое волокно из оксидной керамики имеет наружную поверхность;
покрывают по меньшей мере часть наружных поверхностей по меньшей мере некоторых из волокон из оксидной керамики проклеивающим материалом на водной основе, при этом проклеивающий материал содержит композицию, представленную формулой:
R1'O-(R1O)n1-H,
где
R1' выбрано из Cx1H2x1+1, причем х1 равно 1-8, или -Н;
R1 выбрано из группы, состоящей из -(Cy1H2y1)-, причем y1 равно 1-4, и
-CH2-O-(CH2)m1-, причем m1=2-5; и
n выбрано так, что среднечисленная молекулярная масса находится в пределах от 500 г/моль до 7000000 г/моль; и
удаляют по меньшей мере часть воды.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором проклеивающий материал на водной основе является раствором.
8. Способ по п.6, в котором проклеивающий материал на водной основе является эмульсией.
