1. Способ диагностики хронического инфекционно-воспалительного поражения сосудов центральной нервной системы, ассоциированного с хламидийной инфекцией, включающий исследование материалов из первичных и вторичных очагов поражения посредством культурального и генетического методов для обнаружения инфекционных возбудителей, а также исследование сыворотки крови и ликвора из вторичных очагов поражения иммунологическим методом для выявления в них олигоклональных иммуноглобулинов и свободных легких цепей, отличающийся тем, что при осуществлении исследования при значениях лямбда-свободных легких цепей в ликворе ≥0,01mkg/ml и/или каппа-свободных легких цепей в ликворе ≥0,5mkg/ml из 8 мл венозной крови пациента, оставшейся после забора и исследования, центрифугированием при скорости вращения 1500 об/мин в течение 10' получают 4 мл сыворотки, и в ней иммунологическим методом определяют антитела к бета2гликопротеинуI, к эндотелию, к C1q-фактору комплемента и криоглобулины в виде криокрита и активности ревматоидного фактора, и при значениях антител к бета2 гликопротеину I≥5U/ml, и/или к эндотелию ≥1:10, и/или к C1q фактору комплемента ≥10U/ml и/или криоглобулинов в виде криокрита >0% и/или активности ревматоидного фактора ≥1:20 и при обнаружении хламидий и/или патогенных форм бактероидов в ликворе, и/или в крови, и/или в соскобах из носоглотки и/или конъюктивы устанавливают поражение. ! 2.
