Abstract
1. Способ интенсивного выращивания вешенок, включающий приготовление и обеззараживание субстрата, внесение в субстрат мицелия и образование грибов, отличающийся тем, что стеклянные банки, заполненные субстратом, закрывают двумя обжатыми слоями фольги, не обвязывая, а при инокуляции поверхности субстрата маточным мицелием оставляют расстояние 0,5-1 см между инокулируемой поверхностью субстрата и покрытием банок, причем после заращивания покрытие с банок не снимают, а сростки грибов, выходящие из-под покрытия наружу, аккуратно выдергивают движением руки книзу, придерживая покрытие, а снимают покрытие после второго плодоношения. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для заполнения субстратом и выращивания грибов используют литровые стеклянные банки. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что субстрат после заполнения банок увлажняют и уплотняют и после покрытия фольгой стерилизуют в автоклаве при давлении не менее 1,6-1,8 атм в течение 3-х ч, затем оставляют для остывания и инокулируют поверхность остывшего субстрата маточным мицелием. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что заращивание поверхности субстрата проводят в течение 32-38 дней при температуре 20-22°С. ! 5. Способ по пп.3 и 4, отличающийся тем, что все операции проводят на строго стерильной основе. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что интервал между двумя главными "волнами" плодоношения грибов составляет 8-16 дней. ! 7.
