Abstract
1. Сотовый теплообменник с закруткой потока, содержащий трубный пучок из теплообменных труб, имеющих законцовки, выполненные в виде равносторонних многогранников, примыкающих друг к другу и соединенных между собой по граням, отличающийся тем, что законцовки каждой трубы выполнены в форме шестигранника, одна труба или несколько труб, соединенных между собой беззазорно и герметично, выполнены с образованием модуля, а трубный пучок составлен из одного модуля или нескольких герметично соединенных между собой модулей и скреплен обечайками по законцовкам. ! 2. Сотовый теплообменник по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве теплообменных труб использованы спирально-профильные трубы. ! 3. Сотовый теплообменник по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен корпусом с патрубками, замыкающим межтрубное пространство, охватывающим трубный пучок и соединенный с ним герметично по наружному контуру законцовок. ! 4. Сотовый теплообменник по п.2, отличающийся тем, что спирально-профильные трубы выполнены с равными или различными углами подъема спирали, при этом боковая поверхность каждой трубы состоит из одной или нескольких зон, каждая из которых имеет свою геометрическую форму, число заходов и угол подъема спирали. ! 5.
