Abstract
Автоматическая линия для химических и гальванических покрытий, содержащая процессные ванны и ванны промывки, средство для межоперационного транспортирования обрабатываемых деталей, позиции загрузки и выгрузки, рельсовый путь, датчики, систему вентиляции, устройство программного управления, поддон для сбора капель с транспортируемых деталей, отличающаяся тем, что ванны расположены в два ряда длинными сторонами вдоль гальванической линии, при этом ванны промывки расположены напротив процессных ванн, снабженных крышками со скользящим элементом и секциями системы вентиляции с регулируемыми отверстиями в подкрышечное пространство процессных ванн, средство для межоперационного транспортирования обрабатываемых деталей выполнено в виде транспортного робота, снабженного электроприводом движения вдоль гальванической линии и электроприводом для поперечного перемещения кабины, установленной на платформе, на которой смонтирован привод для подъема-опускания деталей внутри кабины, рельсовые пути транспортного робота расположены между рядами процессных ванн и ванн промывки и выполнены в виде двух параллельных швеллеров, жестко закрепленных на платформе, внутри которых расположены четыре ходовые колеса транспортного робота, при этом кабина снабжена расположенным на уровне торца крышки процессной ванны скользящим элементом с возможностью взаимодействия со скользящим элементом крышки процессной ванны и выступающей рамой захвата крышки процессной ванны, а устройство программного управления выполнено в виде бортового контроллера с элементами управления и индикации, расположенного на транспортном роб�An automatic line for chemical and electroplating coatings, containing process baths and washing baths, means for inter-operational transportation of workpieces, loading and unloading positions, rail track, sensors, ventilation system, program control device, drip tray for collecting drops from transported parts, characterized in that the baths are arranged in two rows with long sides along the galvanic line, while the washing baths are located opposite the process baths equipped with sliding covers element and sections of the ventilation system with adjustable openings in the underwing space of the process baths, the means for inter-operative transportation of the workpieces is made in the form of a transport robot equipped with an electric drive for movement along the galvanic line and an electric drive for lateral movement of the cab mounted on a platform on which the drive is mounted for lifting lowering the parts inside the cab, rail tracks of the transport robot are located between the rows of process baths and industrial bathtubs woks and are made in the form of two parallel channels rigidly fixed to the platform, inside which there are four running wheels of the transport robot, while the cabin is equipped with a sliding element located at the level of the end face of the process bath lid with the possibility of interaction with the sliding element of the process bath lid and the protruding lid capture frame the process bath, and the program control device is made in the form of an on-board controller with control and indication elements located on the transport robot
