Abstract
1. Устройство для роторно-шпиндельного бурения, содержащее бурильную колонну с утяжеленными бурильными трубами, осевую опору, выполненную в форме шпинделя с корпусом, полым валом с отверстиями и уплотнениями, и центрирующие элементы, отличающееся тем, что между бурильной колонной и корпусом шпинделя встроен дополнительный корпус устройства, внутри дополнительного корпуса расположен соосно торсионный вал, присоединенный к валу шпинделя, в верхней части дополнительного корпуса встроена верхняя траверса, в которой выполнены отверстия с регулируемыми по диаметру струйными насадками для прохода промывочной жидкости и гнездо, в верхней части дополнительного корпуса встроена нижняя траверса с отверстиями для прохода через них промывочной жидкости и центральным граненым отверстием, в котором размещают граненую часть торсионного вала, между верхней траверсой и верхней частью торсионного вала установлена верхняя пружина, работающая на сжатие, в дополнительном корпусе на торсионный вал надето от одной до трех параллельно и/или последовательно работающих на сжатие пружин с их опорой на пластину с отверстиями для прохода промывочной жидкости и на буртик в нижней части торсионного вала, над указанными пружинами установлено кольцо и патрубок для регулировки величин поджатия этих пружин, а внутри дополнительного корпуса возле его внутренней стенки установлена одна или две пружины, работающие параллельно или последовательно на сжатие между собой и/или совместно с пружинами, установленными на торсионном валу, при этом пружины, которые установлены возле дополнительного корпуса, также установлены на пластину и н1.
