the adjusting single-acting mechanism (2) comprises a mandrel (21), an adjusting nut (22), a sealing ring (23), a bearing upper joint (24), a bearing (25), a bearing support sleeve (26), a gasket (27), a nut (28) and a bearing sleeve (29), wherein the adjusting nut (22) is arranged at the upper part of the mandrel (21), the upper part of the mandrel (21) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the drill collar lower joint (14), the sealing ring (23) is positioned in a groove on the inner wall of the bearing upper joint (24), the bearing (25), the bearing support sleeve (26) and the gasket (27) are sequentially sleeved on the mandrel (21) from top to bottom, then the bearing upper joint (24) is in threaded connection with the bearing sleeve (29), and the lower part of the bearing sleeve (29) is in threaded connection with the inner pipe (5) and the ball valve seat (32);

the core clamping mechanism (8) comprises a clamping spring retainer ring (81), a clamping spring (82) and a clamping spring seat (83), wherein the clamping spring retainer ring (81) and the clamping spring (82) are sequentially positioned inside the clamping spring seat (83) from top to bottom, and the clamping spring seat (83) is in threaded connection with the shunt element (6);
