Abstract
1. Шумоизоляционная обивка кузова автомобиля, содержащая сопряженные между собой лицевую и монтажную части, каждая из которых выполнена, по крайней мере, из одного слоя акустического материала, при этом лицевая часть обивки выполнена из акустического материала, наделенного преимущественно звукоизоляционными свойствами, а монтажная часть - из акустического материала, наделенного преимущественно звукопоглощающими свойствами, при этом величина удельной плотности структуры лицевой части превышает величину удельной плотности монтажной части, отличающаяся тем, что, по крайней мере, в одном из слоев акустического материала монтажной части обивки выполнены тупиковые отверстия перфорации на глубину L≤0,5×H, ! при этом модификация структуры монтажной части шумоизоляционной обивки характеризуется эффективным коэффициентом структурирования , ! межцентровым шагом отверстий перфорации t=(0,5…2,0)×Н, ! где Vотв - суммарный объем полостей образованных отверстий перфорации модифицированного варианта исполнения шумоизоляционной обивки; Vпов - объем сплошной (неперфорированного) монтажной части неструктурированного варианта исполнения шумоизоляционной обивки; Н - толщина монтажной части. ! 2. Шумоизоляционная обивка кузова автомобиля по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность монтажной части, сопрягаемая с поверхностью несущей панели кузова, и/или поверхность монтажной части, сопрягаемая с встречной поверхностью лицевой части, выполнена в виде рельефного микропрофиля чередующихся впадин и выступов, с глубиной образуемых впадин h≤0,1×Н, ! где Н - толщина монтажной части. ! 3.
