Проволока для внепечной обработки металлургических расплавов, состоящая из стальной оболочки и наполнителя, содержащего кремний и кальций, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель дополнительно содержит барий в виде силикатных фаз, а кальций представлен силикатными фазами и/или металлическим кальцием, при этом суммарное количество силикатных фаз бария и кальция в виде силикатных фаз и/или металлической форме составляет в наполнителе не менее 50 мас.%, а содержание фазы BaSi2 составляет не менее 80 мас.% от общего количества силикатных фаз бария. ! 2. Проволока по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель дополнительно содержит 0,1-10 мас.% магния и/или фазы Mg2Si. ! 3. Проволока по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель дополнительно содержит в количестве 0,1-5 мас.% хотя бы одну фазу из группы, включающей: FeV, FeNb, Fe2Nb, FeTi, FeTi2. ! 4. Проволока по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель содержит в количестве 0,1-10 мас.% хотя бы одну фазу из группы, включающей: Fe2Ce, Fe5Ce, Fe2La. ! 5. Проволока по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель содержит в количестве 0,1-10 мас.% хотя бы одну фазу из группы, включающей: Fe2Се, Fe5Ce, Fe2La.1.
