Claims (10)
1. Лопатка (10) газотурбинного двигателя, содержащая аэродинамическую поверхность (12) в первом направлении (14) между передней кромкой (16) и задней кромкой (18) и во втором направлении (20), по существу перпендикулярном первому направлению, между ножкой (22) и вершиной (24) лопатки, при этом упомянутую аэродинамическую поверхность (12) выполняют из композитного материала, отличающаяся тем, что содержит сплошной металлический усилительный элемент (32), приклеенный к передней кромке (16) аэродинамической поверхности лопатки, расположенный в первом направлении (14) за пределами передней кромки аэродинамической поверхности лопатки и во втором направлении (20) между ножкой и вершиной лопатки и содержащий, по меньшей мере, одну полость (34а, 34b, 34с), предназначенную для поглощения, по меньшей мере, части энергии при столкновении постороннего предмета с передней кромкой лопатки.
2. Лопатка по п.1, в которой полость (34а) выполняют, по существу, в первом направлении (14).
3. Лопатка по п.2, в которой полость (34а) выходит наружу на уровне передней кромки (16) аэродинамической поверхности (12) лопатки и/или на уровне передней кромки (16') сплошного металлического усилительного элемента (32).
4. Лопатка по п.1, в которой полость (34b) выполняют, по существу, во втором направлении (20).
5. Лопатка по п.4, в которой полость (34b) выходит наружу на уровне ножки (22) лопатки и/или на уровне вершины (24) лопатки.
6. Лопатка по п.1, в которой полость (34с) выполняют, по существу, в третьем направлении (26), перпендикулярном первому направлению (14) и второму направлению (20).
7. Лопатка по п.6, в которой полость (34с) выходит наружу на уровне корытца (28) лопатки и/или спинки (30) лопатки.
8. Лопатка по любому из пп.1-7, в которой сплошной металлический усилительный элемент (32) выполняют на основе титана.
9. Лопатка по п.1, являющаяся лопаткой вентилятора газотурбинного двигателя.
10. Газотурбинный двигатель, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одну лопатку (10) по любому из пп.1-9.
