Abstract
1. Способ производства медно-бериллиевой лигатуры методом карботермического восстановления оксида бериллия углеродом, включающий формование гранул окатыванием из шихты, содержащей оксид бериллия, углерод и вентиляционные дроссы, и связки, сушку гранул в печи, подачу гранул и кусочков меди в соотношении 1:2,4÷3,6 в электродуговую печь и проведение карботермической плавки медно-бериллиевой лигатуры, отличающийся тем, что получение гранул производят из шихты и раствора сахарозы с концентрацией последней 15-40%, в количестве по отношению к шихте 12-31%, а сушку гранул проводят при температуре 200-400°С в течение не менее 1 ч. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве связки используется раствор инвертированной сахарозы.1.
