Abstract
1. Способ переработки фосфатного редкоземельного концентрата, включающий обработку концентрата азотной кислотой при нагревании в присутствии взятой с избытком щавелевой кислоты с осаждением оксалатов РЗЭ, отделение осадка оксалатов РЗЭ от маточного раствора, содержащего остаточное количество щавелевой кислоты, и промывку осадка, отличающийся тем, что после промывки осадок оксалатов РЗЭ обрабатывают калиевой щелочью, взятой в избытке по отношению к стехиометрии в расчете на оксалат-ионы, с образованием раствора оксалата калия и осадка гидроксидов РЗЭ, который отделяют от раствора и подвергают термообработке, а раствор оксалата калия возвращают на стадию обработки фосфатного концентрата.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что калиевую щелочь берут с 5-50%-ным избытком относительно стехиометрии в расчете на оксалат-ионы.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термообработку осадка гидроксидов РЗЭ ведут при 100-150°С.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термообработку осадка гидроксидов РЗЭ ведут при 250-500°С.5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что осадок гидроксидов РЗЭ после термообработки распульповывают в воде при Т:Ж=1:4-8 и обрабатывают азотной кислотой при ее расходе 0,6-0,8 мас.ч. 100% HNOна 1 мас.ч. оксидов РЗЭ с переводом РЗЭ, за исключением церия (IV), в раствор и отделением церийсодержащего осадка.6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что перед возвратом на стадию обработки фосфатного концентрата раствор оксалата калия обогащают остаточным количеством щавелевой кислоты, содержащейся в маточном растворе, путем обработки маточного раствора нейтральным экстрагентом, преимущественно трибутилфосфатом или триизоамилфосфат�1.
